Fall in Love with Downtown Little Rock
Autumn in Arkansas is always a special time of year. With our fall foliage, football and fall events, there isn't a shortage of things to do. You don't have to travel the state to experience all that fall has to offer and with the cooler temps, it's the perfect time to get outdoors! Our tree-lined streets and many bike trails offer color views in hues of gold, red and orange.
Downtown's autumn attractions are limited to walking, hiking or biking. The cool, crisp weather is the perfect time to visit the SoMa Outdoor Dining, which offers Live Music Friday, Trivia Saturday and more. Sunday's at Bernice Gardens is a perfect time to get all your fall favorites from our local vendors. And while you're there, go check out Loblolly or the Green Corner Store!
Put on your running shoes and enjoy autumn in Arkansas at the Creep n' Crawl Half Marathon. Continue to enjoy the amazing fall weather with the Travelers at Dickey-Stephens Park for Halloween Festival & Movie Night on October 24th. The festival includes trick-or-treating, Hocus Pocus movie showing, and much, much more!
Downtown is full of history and even a few ghosts. Plan to be scared at Shadows at Sixth. This drive-thru experience starts at the parking lot at Sixth and Scott Street in downtown Little Rock. This is where you spooky fun begins when you meet the ghostly ushers who will guide you through the foggy swamplands with witches, monsters and hungry alligators. The adventure continues with some of the famous Arkansas ghost stories, with vignettes build and designed by the Arkansas Repertory Theater. This ghostly adventure is family-friendly and pandemic safe!
