I have had an exceptional experience renting with Downtown Dwellings. Over the years, it was a great place to call 'home'. If I ever had an issue, the maintenance staff and landlord were readily available and eager to help. Any maintenance request, was always taken care of in a very timely manner. The grounds and entry way were kept clean and well taken care of. You can't beat downtown living with Downtown Dwellings. Their properties could not be better located or have better management and staff. Their wonderful customer service & the area offered amenities that most communities do not. There was even an annual Christmas party- which was so much fun.

I moved to Little Rock and into the River Market Flats a short time ago and am so happy with my decision! I work from home and my apartment has a great layout and space for my living and office space. The updates with modern appliances are great too! There are so many things to do close by, with the walkable streets and safe neighborhood, walking to the River Market District is one of my favorite things to do so far. Jill and Mark have been great, they are very attentive to their properties and so quick to respond if I need anything. I am really excited to be a part of the Downtown Dwellings family!

The Kramer School Loft Apartments
Built-in 1895 in the Romanesque Revival style, Kramer School, named for Frederick W. Kramer, is now 22 artist style lofts featuring spacious open floor plans, concrete floors and recently updated kitchen and baths.
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Kramer School lofts have all the historic charm and still offer modern conveniences. The lofts range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and 900 to 1295 Sq Ft in size. Tenants enjoy in-unit washer/dryer, off-street parking and all utilities paid.
The Kramer School renovation project was an instant success and has become an icon for Arkansas's preservation efforts and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
