Delightfully charming, the Thurston House is on the National Historic Registry. This apartment enters from the beautiful front porch. This old wooden Victorian was origionally a 4 square and was converted to apartments in the 1970's by the Cromwell firm. Downtown Dwellings has since replaced all systems, renovated kitchens, baths, floors, and fixtures.
This is truly a unique place to live. There is lots of natural light in the living room and bedroom. There is laundry in the apartment. The historic hardwoods tell the tales of the houses history, so when you take a tour be sure to ask to see!
